Tournament rules for age group 2001 – 2008

basketball1 Game-time is 4 x 8 minutes and time standing during the free throws.

basketball1 Last quarter of the game will be played effective time.

basketball1 The lenght of the break between each quarter time is 1 minute.

basketball1 Each team may have a one time-out in first half and two time-out´s in second half.

basketball1 If there is game difference of 30 points, the team who has scored must start defending on their own half.

basketball1 Team fouls will be full  from 4 fouls each quarter ,  after 5 fouls starts the free throws.  

basketball1 If the game is even in the end of the game time, the overtime will be played by “sudden death”principle.

basketball1 Extra time will be started with a jump ball.

basketball1 In age group 2007 – 2008 the zone efence is not allowed. The dobbleteam is allowed in your own court.

basketball1 Games are played to big baskets.

 

Tournament rules for age group 2009 – 2011

basketball1 In age group 2009 – 2011 game-time is 2 x 15 minutes

basketball1 The second half of 2 minutes effective time will be played.

basketball1 Halftime break 1 minutes.

basketball1 2009 – 2011 age classes is committed to play man – man marking.

basketball1 2011 age classes is committed to start defending on their own half.

basketball1 In age group 2009 – 2011 each team may have one minute time-out per half.

basketball1 Team fouls will be full  after 5 fouls, then starts the free throws.  

basketball1 If the game is even in the end of the game time, the overtime will be played by “sudden death”principle.

basketball1 Extra time will be started with a jump ball.

basketball1 Games are played to mini baskets..

Age group 2001-2005 nr.7.
Age group 2006-2007 nr.6.

Age group 2008-2011 nr.5.

Girls age group 2007-2011 nr 5.
Girls age group 2001-2006 nr 6.

Tallinn Nord Cup 2019

Dear Tallinn Nord Cup friends,

2015. was the year of birth of Tallinn Nord Cup, which had around 80 teams competing to each other. 5 years later we have a tournament with more than 200 teams from all over Europe playing basketball against each other. Whats next?! 🏀

The tournament is done for this year and we, as the organisers, would like to thank...
-All the teams, that came together! It was a pleasure!
-All the coaches, your hard work has been noticed!
-All the partners. The tournament would not be that successful without you!
-All the volunteers. Your helping hands were very needed!

The U14 tournament “Tallinn Nord Cup 2017” to be held in Tallinn from 12th to 14th May 2017 has been approved as one of the ten supported FIBA Europe tournaments for the U14 age group.
